Design Services
Visions of Design Graphic Studios reserves copyright of all original
artwork and designs produced by, for, or in association with Visions of
Design Graphic Studios. Using images, documentation, or
representation of Visions of Design Graphic Studios without permission
or consent of Visions of Design Graphic Studios management may result in
prosecution of all parties in violation of this policy.

Design Services
Payment Procedures
Visions of Design Graphic Studios requires a 50% deposit of the
purchasing contract from all purchasing parties upon satisfactory
approval of hired contractor's services by the purchaser.
Remaining balances of the purchaser's contract must be paid to a
designated staff member of Visions of Design Graphic Studios within ten
business days after the completion of the services unless otherwise
noted by the contractor or management of Visions of Design Graphic
Studios. Visions of Design Graphic Studios reserves the right to
withhold and restrict the use of all products and or copyrights of
services and or products produced by Visions of Design Graphic
Studios if purchasing parties fail to participate with payment
procedures and or design services policies issued by all parties
associated with Visions of Design Graphic Studios.
Design service pricing may be subject to change without notice to all
purchasing parties at any time prior to date of purchase.
WEB Training Services
All purchasing parties must agree to and sign "Visions of Design Graphic
Studios WEB Training Terms of Service Agreements" at time of negotiation
of service request.
WEB Training Services Payment Procedures
Purchasers of Visions of Design Graphic Studios "One Day (5 Hours)" WEB
Training Package must pay in full upon day of service, not upon day of
signing of "Visions of Design Graphic Studios WEB Training Terms of
Service Agreements". However, a 50% deposit of all purchasing
parties is required upon day of signing "Visions of Design Graphic
Studios WEB Training Terms of Service Agreements" for any WEB Training
Package duration extending beyond the "One Day (5 Hours)" WEB Training
Package. Remaining balances of any WEB Training Package extending
the "One Day (5-Hours)" WEB Training Package must be paid on the final
day of service.
WEB Training service pricing may be subject to change without notice to
all purchasing parties at any time prior to date of purchase.

Design Services Product Requests
All purchasing parties are entitled to ownership of any available
formats of services provided by Visions of Design Graphic Studios in
compliance with all other Visions of Design Graphic
Studio Policies.
Design Services Product Delivery Formats
Visions of Design Graphic Studios provides digital media formats limited
to the following:
(CD-R, CD-RW, email Download, WEB Download)
Visions of Design Graphic Studios provides hard copy media formats
limited to the following:
(Hard Copy Prints "80lb. ; Matte Finish ;
White" unless otherwise negotiated by Visions of Design Graphic Studios
and the purchaser.)
Quoting Policy
Visions of Design offers a promise to a twenty-four hour period whereby
a legal document quote for service may be presented to a purchaser.
Failure to meet the twenty-four hour deadline does not constitute a
breach of contract or effect service pricing unless otherwise negotiated
by Visions of Design Graphic Studios management.
Website Terms of Use
It
is unlawful to take out of context any content of Visions of Design
Graphic Studios website.
Violators outside any party given permission to alter content within or
outside the website or Visions of Design Graphic Studios will be
prosecuted under United States Law along with their Internet Protocol
Address banned indefinitely from the website.
Disputable actions or content aimed at Visions of Design Graphic Studios
or the Visions of Design Graphic Studios website will be taken into
account as illegal slander and will be prosecuted under United States
Law.
Privacy Policy
Visions of Design Graphic Studios cannot release hard copy documentation
of any individual signed or issued customer "Policies" and "Terms of
Service Agreements", customer information, receipts, or other
service documentation of any party in association with Visions of Design
Graphic Studios unless requested by the purchasing parties or presented
with an official court order document issued by the United States
Government and or United States Court of Law.
Legal Notice
Visions of Design Graphic Studios reserves the right to change or alter
its "Policies" and or Terms of Service" documents without notice
providing all previous documentation be time-stamped, dated and held on
file at the home office of Visions of Design Graphic Studios for a
period of no less than ten years of any alteration.
Visions of Design Graphic Studios is not responsible for damages, fraud
or other related incidents caused by other individuals, vendors,
and or any party/entity outside the direct staff employed by Visions of
Design Graphic Studios prior to or post completion of all
purchased contracts.
